Service Description
As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel empowered, comforted, and cared for- whether that means guiding you through breathing techniques, offering massage for relaxation, or simply holding space for your unique birthing experience. Together, we create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel supported every step of the way, honoring both your body's wisdom and your family's journey.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS: All sessions require advance booking to secure your preferred time. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. ARRIVAL: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a relaxed start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to stay on schedule. TRAVEL & SETUP FEE: For off- site or mobile sessions, a "travel and setup fee" will be applied based on distance and preparation requirements. This fee will be confirmed at time of booking. PAYMENT: Full payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of your session. We accept cash , card, and digital payments. HEALTH & SAFETY: Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies prior to your session. Services may be adjusted for your comfort and safety.
