Service Description
For your convenience, mobile and in- home sessions are available. A travel and setup fee is applied to cover time, preparation, and transportation. This is a flat fee and is non-negotiable. By bringing the spa experience directly to your door, we ensure the same level of luxury, comfort, and care- wherever you choose to relax. Please pay the required deposit amount of $35 to hold appointment, the other $35 will be waived once session is complete.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENTS: All sessions require advance booking to secure your preferred time. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. ARRIVAL: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a relaxed start. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to stay on schedule. TRAVEL & SETUP FEE: For off- site or mobile sessions, a "travel and setup fee" will be applied based on distance and preparation requirements. This fee will be confirmed at time of booking. PAYMENT: Full payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of your session. We accept cash , card, and digital payments. HEALTH & SAFETY: Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies prior to your session. Services may be adjusted for your comfort and safety.
